New business plan of Unipay

Business Plan

Any person can enjoy business opportunity from unipay2u bd. Ltd. They can get a membership of the company by paying either (a) UTD 110 or (b) UTD 200.
[UTD = Unipay Trading Digit, 1 UTD = BDT 70.00]

In this case they will get:

A security code of either (a) UTD 65 or (b) UTD 120,
A product of either (a) UTD 45  or (b) UTD 80. 
By using the security code they will get:

A Trading Account (TA)

A member ID number
A membership ID card having some discount values.
They will also get:

Travelling facility

Trading facilities
EXPLANATION:

Travelling facilities: A member can travel Malaysia by paying a total UTD 1000 in the Travel account of his own Trading Account. Initially he will get either UTD 65 or UTD 120 (as per the value of the security code of that TA) as booking money for travel from the company as complementary. The rest amount of UTD can be fulfilled by transferring from account balance.

Trading facilities: A member can trade a product from the company under UNIPACKAGE-1, UNIPACKAGE-2 or UNIPACKAGE-3. Delivery of the product may be on spot or according to the RULES OF TRADING BENEFIT fixed by the company.

RULES OF TRADING BENEFIT

A member will trade a product from the company under UNIPACKAGE-1, UNIPACKAGE-2 or UNIPACKAGE-3.
The duration will be 10 months
The principal amount will get back in a monthly basis for 10 months @10% which must be send to the trader's bank a/c for encashment.
The profit amount will come to the account balance of TA in every month @ 10% for 10 months.
UNIPACKAGE-1: The package value is UTD 1000 (BDT 70,000.00)
UNIPACKAGE-2: The package value is UTD 2000 (BDT 1,40,000.00)
UNIPACKAGE-3: The package value is UTD 4000 (BDT 2,80,000.00)



1. Trading Capacity for Trading account of UTD 110 is only Unipackage1

2. Trading Capacity for Trading account of UTD 200 is Unipackage1, Unipackage2 and Unipackage3

3. Old Investment will still exist in Database and Monthly ROI should go for old member

4. Withdrawal report still will be there for old members

ঢাকা, ৮ এপ্রিল (বাংলা-নিউজ টুয়েন্টিফোর ডটকম): গতকাল বুধবার গুলশান বারিধারার এ্যাটরিয়াম চাইনিজ রেস্তরায় ইউনিপেটুইউ এর প্রতিনিধি সভা অনুষ্টিত হয়।এ অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসাবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ইউনিপেটুইউ এর বাংলাদেশের ম্যানেজিং ডাইরেক্টর জনাব মুনতাসির হোসাইন ইমন। বিশেষ অতিথি ছিলেন ইউনিপেটুইউ এর লিডারস ফোরামের সভাপতি জনাব আবু তাহের ও একই কোম্পানীর অন্যতম লিডার জনাব সহিদুল ইসলাম।
এতে সমগ্র বাংলাদেশ থেকে ইউনিপেটুইউ এর লিডার ও ডিষ্ট্রিবিউটারগন উপস্থিত ছিলেন।লিডারস ফোরামের সভাপতি জনাব আবু তাহের তার বক্তব্যে বলেন- খুব শীঘ্রই আমরা আমাদের এই সমস্যা থেকে পরিত্রান পাব। যেহেতু এ ব্যাপারে কোম্পানীর পক্ষ থেকে হাইকোর্টে রীট হয়েছে। এটা আইনগত ভাবেই খুব দ্রুত সমাধান হবে বলে তিনি আশা প্রকাশ করেন।এ ব্যাপরে তিনি কোম্পানী সম্মানীত লিডার ও ডিষ্ট্রিবিউটারদেরি ধৈর্য ধরার আহবান জানান। তিনি আরো বলেন সমগ্র দেশে আমাদের সদস্য প্রায় ৬ লাখ। এদের সাথে জড়িত তাদের পরিবারসহ প্রায় ৪০লাখ মানুষ। তাই আপনারা যদি কোন হঠকারী সিদ্ধান্ত নেন,তাহলে সেটা ভাল দেখাবে না। সামান্য কয়েকজন শেয়ার বিনিয়োগকারীর রাস্তায় নামার কারনে যে পরিস্থিতি সৃষ্টি হয়েছে,সেটা আপনারা দেখেছেন। এগুলো দেশের জন্য ভাল না। আপনারা যে কোন হঠকারী সিদ্ধান্ত নেন নাই তার জন্য আমি আপনাদের প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে সকলকে ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি।

yesterday with me allmost hundred of my downline present in the head office there is no one present in the office only a notice that due to summer vacation of high court the bank account is not open so there is no payment.seeing this the people present there more all less thousand become rackless block the road also they broke the head office. as the situation goes wrong police come they request us not to hurm the common people so i was thankful to the people present there that they are no heartless.then the OC of the mohammadpur thana come to the spot and tell us to give a written spech to the local parlament member Jahangir kobir nanok then the members present there do as he said this is the news.
coming from there we are all trying to contact with the management after many call the MD receive the call he said that

we are trying the expect that today the bank account will be open but unfortunatelly it not happend but they are trying to make a inverinment of working product is coming the make they L/C but after that ir will take one and half month so they cannot give the product all ready they give the add in many channal.
after that we ask will the company give us money and when?
he give ans like that company must give us the money but it is not possible to give the exact time but he said they must give back the money and the company must run
he also said that though they have some weakness in management they appoint some new person having a good recognition and it will work he also said we all the management people know that we cannot flew any where without giveing the money and we also know that the comapny must run so we are commited to you that we must run the company it words to you.


what should we do now?

unipay latset news some good news আর আমাদের করণীয়

আজ দুপুর থেকে আমি হেড অফিসে ছিলাম আমি আর আমার আপলাইন কিছু খবর আমরা ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর কাছ থেকে পেলাম অনেকে আমাকে দালাল বলতে পারেন তবুও বলল কারণ এই পেজটার কাছে আমি ব্যক্তিগত ভাবে ঋণী কারণ অনেক খারাপ সময়ে এখানে এসে মনকে শান্ত করেছি।
কোম্পানী প্রোডাক্ট নিয়ে এসেছে আমি দেখে এসেছি অটোমেটিক কুকার আর সোলার সেল এর মধ্য কুকারটা অফিসে গেলেই দেখা যাবে।আর আজ থেকে ম্যানেজমেন্ট অফিসে বসছে আর তারা বলছে যেহেতু কোম্পানীর মার্কেটিংটা খু্ব বেশি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে যাতে আমরা আবার কাজ শুরু করতে পারি তার জন্য কোম্পানী দ্রুত পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছে আর যদি কোম্পানী আবার আগের মত কাজ শুরু করে তাহলে সব ঠিক হয়ে যাবে।
আর পেমেন্ট এর ব্যাপারে তারা বলছে এই মাসের মধ্য জব্দ হিসাবগুলো খুলে গেলে আগের মত পেমেন্ট পাওয়া যাবে কোন সমস্যা হবেনা।

তারা নতুন যে নীতিমালা আসছে তাতে নিবন্ধিত হয়ে আগের মত কাজ শুরু করবে।আর কোম্পানী তার আইনগত সমস্যা গুলো পুরাপুরি কাটিয়ে উঠছে যাতে আবার এধরনের সমস্যা না হয়।

এবার আমার কিছু কথা বলি আমি কোম্পানীর সাথে আছি প্রায় আট মাস আমি যখন প্রথম ইনভেস্ট করি তার কিছুদিন পর একবার হিসাব জব্দ হয়ে যায় আর তখন এই একই অবস্থা ছিল কিন্তু সেই অবস্থা কেটে গেছিল কি কারণে আমি বলব আমাদের গ্রাহকদের কারণে আমি নিজে তখন  কি করছি যা আসছে আবার তা ইনভেস্ট করে দিছি আর এথন আমার টিমে যারা আছে তারা তাই করছে। আর আমি কি করছি যাদের প্রথম মাস আমার নিজের পকেট থেকে টাকা দিয়ে দিছি আমার টিমে এই প্রবলেমটা খুব প্রকট হয়নি কারণ আমরা সবাই সবাইকে সাহায্য করছি এতে কি হয়ছে যারা একদম নতুন ছিল তারা ভীত হয়নি কারণ এদের নিয়ে আমাকে আবার মাঠে নামতে হবে।

তবে যে যাই বলুন আমি মনে করি আমরা বিপদ থেকে উদ্ধার হব আর আমরা এবার আগের মত ব্যবসা করব। তবে এই ঘটনায় একটা কাজ খুব ভাল হয়েছে আমরা বুজে গেছি কোন বিপদে কে পাশে থাকবে আর কে থাকবেনা এটা আমাদের ভবিষ্যতে কাজ করতে সাহায্য করবে।

আমরা যারা সাধারণ যারা গ্রাহক আছি তারা আসলে খুব বিপদের মধ্যে আছি বিভিন্ন্ দিক থেকে নানা কথা শুনে আসলে আমরা নিজেরাই দোটানায় পরে যাই কি করা উচিৎ।আর নেটের এই যুগে এটা তো আরও সহজ। তবে এই কয়েকদিনের অভিজ্ঞতা বলে আমাদের শত্রু আর বন্ধু চিনত হবে।আর এই সময়ে এটা আমার কাছে খুব জরুরি মনে হল বলে আমি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি।আপনারাও মতামত দিয়ে আমার ভুল গুলো ধরিয়ে দেবেন।

প্রথমেই বলতে হয় আমাদের কিন্তু একদল খু্ব শক্তিশিলী শত্রৃ রয়েছে কারণ আমারা যারা এ্কটু ঠান্ডা মাথায় চিন্তা করেছি আশা করি তারা এ সর্ম্পকে চিন্তা করেনি তাদের একটু চিন্তার খোরাক দেই। ভাবুনতো

1. আরো অনেক কোস্পানী থাকা সত্ত্বেও কেন শুধু মাত্র আমাদের কোম্পানী শেয়ার মার্কেটে পতনের জন্য দায়ী করা হল?
2. এতদিন পর এত মানুষ যোগদানের পর কেন বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের হঠাৎ টনক নড়ল কে টনক ফেরাল?
3. যদি অলিক সোনা নিয়ে ব্যবসা ভিত্তিহীন আর অবৈধ হয় তাহলে এধরনের আরো্র যে কোম্পানী আছে তাদের কথা কেন আসেনা কোথায়?
4. মিডিয়ার কেন শুধু এই কোম্পানী নিয়ে এত মাথা ব্যথা যদিও অন্যরা সমানে ব্যবসা করে যাচ্ছে?
5. আমাদের নতুন অফিসে আশার পর থেকেই সমস্যার শুরু তাহলে কি কেউ এর উন্নতিতে বিচলিত?

এবার কিছু বলার ইচ্ছা ফেসবুক পেজ unipay2u নিয়ে আমি আশা করি যারা এই পেজে নিয়মিত আসেন তারা আমার সাথে একমত হবেন।

1. এই পেজে কিছু লোক আছেন যারা পোষ্টে কোন ভাল নিউজ দিলেই তাকে বিভিন্ন অকথ্য ভাষায় গালি দেয় আর অর্থ কি এই হয় না এই লোক গুলি কোন ভাল খবর অন্যকে জানতে দিতে চাননা।উপরন্তু তাদের কোম্পানীর দালাল বলে এই খবরের সত্যতা নষ্ট করেন যদিও এটা সত্য।আমার কথার সাথে মিল পাবেন পোষ্ট এর কমেন্ট গুলে্া পড়লে।এরা কি আমাদের বন্ধু হতে পারে আমি বলব না।
2. আমার আশে পাশে অনেকেই আমি MLM করতে দেখেছি এর থেকে একটি জিনিষ পরিষ্কার সেটা একটি MLM কোম্পানীর শক্তি হল এর সদস্যদের একতা ও বিশ্বাস এটা নষ্ট করতে পারলে একটা কোম্পানী এমনি বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।এই পেজে অনেকে পরামর্শ দিয়েছেন আপলাইনের নামে জিডি করতে।আমরা আসলে কি বুঝে এই কথাটি বলছি মনে হয় এখানে এমন লোক খু্‌ব কম  আছে যারা অন্য একজন লোককে এই দিকে ইনভেষ্ট করতে বলিনি।সবঠিক থাকলে আপনিও মোহগ্রস্থের মত লোক নিয়ে আসতেন। আসলে যারা এই কথাগুলো বলছেন তারা চাচ্ছেন সব যদি ঠিক হয়েও যাই যেন ব্যবসা চালু  না হয় আর মামলা করে আমরা নিজেরা নিজেরা মরি।আমার কথার সাথে কি কিছু  মিলে।

তাহলে কি  আমরা কিছুই করবনা আমরা অব্যশই চুপ থাকবনা আমাদের যেটা করা বুদ্ধিমানের হবে সেটাকে বলে মানুসিক যুদ্ধ সেটা হল যাদের দ্বারা সম্ভব হয় প্রতিদিন অফিসে যাওয়া আর সবাই মিলে কোম্পানী কে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া যে এত সহজে পার পাওয়া যাবেনা।ম্যানেজমেন্টকে প্রেসার দিয়ে সত্য অবস্থা জানা্।আর এটা আমি দেখেছি যেদিন মানুষ বেশি থাকে নানা প্রশ্নে ওঠে অনেক কিছু বেরিয়ে আসে। 

আমাদের থুব বিপদ এখন মাথাটাকে খাটাতে হবে সবার কথা শুনতে হবে তবে যাচাই বাছাই করেই সেই ব্যপারে সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে। মবাই মনে রাখবেন আমরা সবাই এক বিপদে পড়েছি আমাদের একজনের একটি ভুল পদক্ষেপ অন্যদের বিপদকে আরো বাড়াতে পারে।

আমি সবসময় খারাপটা আগে  ভাবি আমাদের সামনে হয়ত অনেক বিপদ আছে এর থেকে একতা আর বুদ্ধিমত্তাই আমাদের বাচাতে পারে

i am a investor of unipay and i invested seen the all legal papers of unipay and i investigate this personally but we have to keep in mind that this is Bangladesh here can happen anything because we all only think about ourselves.
today i visited the unicorner the commitment is given by the management is like that:
they are trying to solve the problem and they take time for the month. They said the traders have patience a lot please have patience for this month.

now this condition what should we do now now i am giving some suggestion this is only my suggestion you may or may not keep it :

1. first those donot print the invoice copy please print it and keep it with you
2. those who deposit money in the bank account of company also keep it
3. try to come in the head office then you know the latest information by your own no need to take it from anyone
4. donot said that my sponsor is responsible because he/she is also affeted by this situation
5. and read for a hudge mass incidence

some of our member saying for the protest against the company i also says it is need but we should know that every protest needs something very valuable it is blood and life, you see in past and present. Then question is are we ready to give it?
if the answer is yes then something may happen or if no nothing will gone happen.

Then what should we do now i think we take sometime for assemble us in a platform it maybe facebook but i think it will not work beacause we will keep us in the giving stats and comments it will not work we have to meet face to face.

but i think it will not so fruitful because it will fruitful if it is so massive in nature. if you wan to make it fruitful we all have to gather in a single place all the member any must someone veru strong stand for all of us. but i donot see anyone capable or interested.

we all give comment and just vanish and use slang language and tell who responsible beat him oe her. it will not give us anything good,but it is our national problem we think make anybody responsible for our sufferings then we think that our sufferings will gone no its just our wrong thinking. now we are saying beat the agent i am saying is it give your money back definitely not.

Then i think though it is a public limited company if this management is not capable to run the business we the traders select our new management, still we have much money in our company account we can run any business

manything can done first we have to united and rise our voice. May allah bless us all

what should we do in 10th

i know those we are doing bussiness are most of them have a least education level and a god sence of humar,so we have to approch logically and tachfully,then lrts talk what can we do on the gathering i have some proposal

1, first we have know the present situation from a company authorised person in some matter some example are following:

• why there is so late in the give out of bank withdrawl?
• the procide should be clear like give a least thai today given id like x,y,z,...............etc
• tommorow give id a,b,c,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.by this we can able to know who are paid and who are going to recieve
• then what is the present situation of the hearing on the rit and what may be the situation?
• what is the possible measure compny going to take to  recover the lost faith on the compay?

 i think this is very crutial question because if compny stop operation then no chance to give back our money,i think those who think the present situation deeply those can locate this.

i tell everybody violence is the last solution of everything then if you first use this weapon and failled then nothing left in your hand to fight,so i think this not the good time to become violent.but it may caome pray to allah that this situation never come

on the 10 march we should be preaper ourself to be smart to handle the situation please dont be violent because some reason

• beacause it will provide some people a good essue to miss guide the government against the company
• then it will give a bad impresssion to other people
• company also have a good oppurtunity to escape

if we take the situation from uor thought and knowledge then i think we can overcome the problem, other wise if we violent in this stage then it will harm us. so think of your invest and think from your brain not by the heart.

i always tell who are able to come in headoffice pleasecome it will give you latest information and your panic will be less.

i am not a very new member i think compny also working beacuse this type of situation also come in may,2010 also but not so siever. this time it is very though dew to media and specch from the minster.

today at the end of the day i have joined the the breafing given by the company operational chief Mr.Noman.he give the ans of the several question rises from the members.some of are following:

1.thows how tarnsfer the c wallet to the bank when they will be receive it?
ans; the company finished given the c- wallet trensfer of the 7-02-11 to 09-02-11, but some of the withdrawl of 9th is still pending dew to given withdrawal in DDBL,then from tomorrow 10 to 14 will given tern wise,and it will finish between this week.
2.what will do those who transfer in DDBL?
ans; those who transfer in DDbl they will get in this month but in next month it will not possible, so in this month they have to change the bank details, and it can be done by own though by mailling system it will took a long time.

3.we all know that company has gold business but now company says its all virtual then where the profit come from?
ans: now company has running some project like media and real state and he also said that company has proper document of this business.

4.when the correct situation will be change?
ans: company i trying their best to recovery the current situatuin he says in this month there will be apositive result.

5. why the Md/chairman are not come in front?
ans: they are doing there work so perfectly they need not to face because for giving the news there are many person hair.

6.why the server turned off without giving any notice?
ans: he said it is a good point the company will next time give notice before this like of act.

7.what is the current situation of the appeal in high court?
ans:dew to some problem the court changed the date of the hearing

8.some agent name rubel agent code 085 said that company are giving the total money is it true?
ans:it is fake he will investigate this

as fer i remember this the question as per i think company has will to stay because they are giving the c-wallet from there own income and some big leaders are contributing.some people are telling that giving motgage the compny take loan from the city bank,think ethically and logically is it posible if you are city bank owner will you give unipay loan in this condition i this we all know the answer.

i always tell my down man that if the company survive then we all have our money back with profit if it close everything will vanished.
somebody says it will happen like JUBOK i wannna say this gayes its a public limited company not any angio so it is different you can fine a public limited company for the unlawful activity but it is difficult to stop it in legal way.
So we they member have to conscious that not only company but also any part cannot play with our money, i request everybody to visit office at least one times in two days it will make you many thing clear, otherwise many fake thing will make you panic.

ইউনিপেকে বাচাতে করণীয়

আমরা যারা আজ এখানে ট্রেড করেছি তাদের খু্ব দুঃসময়।আমি প্রথমেই একটা কথা বলি তা হল যদি কোম্পানী না থাকে  তাহলে আমাদের টাকা ফেরত পাওয়া যাবেনা।আমাদের সবাই এটা বুঝি আশা করি।এথন আমাদের কি করণীয় এটা আমি নিজের বুদ্ধি থেকে বলি আর আপনাদের যা বলার কমেন্ট এ বলবেন।

আমাদের এখন অনেকেই বলি বা আমাদের আপলাইন যারা আছে তাদের দোষ দিতে ব্যস্ত আমার মনে হয় এতে আমাদের নিজেদের ক্ষতি হবে।আমাদের সকলের এক হতে হবে।
আমরা অনেকেই অফিসে আসিনা দূর থেকে হা হুতাশ করি।আমাদের নিজদের উপস্থিতি বাড়াতে হবে।আর সর্বোপরি একটা কথা মনে রাখতে হবে তা হল আমাদের সামনে কঠিন সময় আমছে আমাদের হয়ত আন্দোলনে আসতে হবে।তবে আমার কাছে মনে হয় যেটা সেটা হল আমাদের সঠিক তথ্য কেউ দিচ্ছেনা যেমন ধরেন এই যে মামলাটা চলছে এর সঠিক বা আপডটে খবর আমাদের জানা নেই।

আমাদের দ্রুত এক হতে হবে, আমাদের সবার কিন্তু সামনে আসার বা নেতৃত্ত্ব দেবার সার্মথ্য নাই কিন্তু অনেকের এটা আল্লাহ প্রদত্ত আমরা নিজেকে ভাল করেই চিনি।তাদের যাদের এই গুণ আছে তারা এগিয়ে আসেন।
আর আমাদের কাছে তো একটা অব্যর্থ অস্ত্র আছে ফেসবুক যেটা দেশে সরকার পতন করে দিচ্ছে আর এটা তে আমাদের বাচা মরার ব্যপার এখন।

আসুন আমরা একে বাচায়  কারণ আমরা কমবেশি সবাই এক টাকা হলেও এখান থেকে আয় করেছি আর এটা আমাদের অনেকের জীবন পরিবর্তন করেছে আর থাকলে অনেকে পারবে।

তাই আসুন আমাদের ছোট্ট একটা বুদ্ধি নিয়ে হলেও আমরা এগিয়ে আসি আর লিখি কমেন্ট এ
