Business Plan

The rest amount of UTD can be fulfilled by transferring from account balance.
Trading facilities: A member can trade a product from the company under UNIPACKAGE-1, UNIPACKAGE-2 or UNIPACKAGE-3. Delivery of the product may be on spot or according to the RULES OF TRADING BENEFIT fixed by the company.
RULES OF TRADING BENEFIT
A member will trade a product from the company under UNIPACKAGE-1, UNIPACKAGE-2 or UNIPACKAGE-3.
The duration will be 10 months
The principal amount will get back in a monthly basis for 10 months @10% which must be send to the trader's bank a/c for encashment.
The profit amount will come to the account balance of TA in every month @ 10% for 10 months.

ঢাকা, ৮ এপ্রিল (বাংলা-নিউজ টুয়েন্টিফোর ডটকম): গতকাল বুধবার গুলশান বারিধারার এ্যাটরিয়াম চাইনিজ রেস্তরায় ইউনিপেটুইউ এর প্রতিনিধি সভা অনুষ্টিত হয়।এ অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসাবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ইউনিপেটুইউ এর বাংলাদেশের ম্যানেজিং ডাইরেক্টর জনাব মুনতাসির হোসাইন ইমন। বিশেষ অতিথি ছিলেন ইউনিপেটুইউ এর লিডারস ফোরামের সভাপতি জনাব আবু তাহের ও একই কোম্পানীর অন্যতম লিডার জনাব সহিদুল ইসলাম।
এতে সমগ্র বাংলাদেশ থেকে ইউনিপেটুইউ এর লিডার ও ডিষ্ট্রিবিউটারগন উপস্থিত ছিলেন।লিডারস ফোরামের সভাপতি জনাব আবু তাহের তার বক্তব্যে বলেন- খুব শীঘ্রই আমরা আমাদের এই সমস্যা থেকে পরিত্রান পাব। যেহেতু এ ব্যাপারে কোম্পানীর পক্ষ থেকে হাইকোর্টে রীট হয়েছে। এটা আইনগত ভাবেই খুব দ্রুত সমাধান হবে বলে তিনি আশা প্রকাশ করেন।এ ব্যাপরে তিনি কোম্পানী সম্মানীত লিডার ও ডিষ্ট্রিবিউটারদেরি ধৈর্য ধরার আহবান জানান। তিনি আরো বলেন সমগ্র দেশে আমাদের সদস্য প্রায় ৬ লাখ। এদের সাথে জড়িত তাদের পরিবারসহ প্রায় ৪০লাখ মানুষ। তাই আপনারা যদি কোন হঠকারী সিদ্ধান্ত নেন,তাহলে সেটা ভাল দেখাবে না। সামান্য কয়েকজন শেয়ার বিনিয়োগকারীর রাস্তায় নামার কারনে যে পরিস্থিতি সৃষ্টি হয়েছে,সেটা আপনারা দেখেছেন। এগুলো দেশের জন্য ভাল না। আপনারা যে কোন হঠকারী সিদ্ধান্ত নেন নাই তার জন্য আমি আপনাদের প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে সকলকে ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি।
তিনি আরো বলেন আমি আপনাদের প্রতিনিধি হিসাবে সবসময় কোম্পানীর চেয়ারম্যান,এম ডি সহ উর্ধত্বন কর্মকর্তদের সাথে আপনাদের সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয় নিয়ে সার্বক্ষনিক যোগাযোগ রাখছি। হয়তো আগামী মাস থেকেই আমাদের আর কোন সমস্যা থাকবে না। আমরা এ সমস্যা কাটিয়ে উঠে পুনরায় আবার আমাদের ব্যবসা করতে পারবো। তিনি এজন্য ইউনিপেটুইউ এর সকল গ্রাহকদের ধৈর্য ধরার আহবান জানান।

yesterday with me allmost hundred of my downline present in the head office there is no one present in the office only a notice that due to summer vacation of high court the bank account is not open so there is no payment.seeing this the people present there more all less thousand become rackless block the road also they broke the head office. as the situation goes wrong police come they request us not to hurm the common people so i was thankful to the people present there that they are no heartless.then the OC of the mohammadpur thana come to the spot and tell us to give a written spech to the local parlament member Jahangir kobir nanok then the members present there do as he said this is the news.
coming from there we are all trying to contact with the management after many call the MD receive the call he said that
we are trying the expect that today the bank account will be open but unfortunatelly it not happend but they are trying to make a inverinment of working product is coming the make they L/C but after that ir will take one and half month so they cannot give the product all ready they give the add in many channal.
after that we ask will the company give us money and when?
he give ans like that company must give us the money but it is not possible to give the exact time but he said they must give back the money and the company must run
he also said that though they have some weakness in management they appoint some new person having a good recognition and it will work he also said we all the management people know that we cannot flew any where without giveing the money and we also know that the comapny must run so we are commited to you that we must run the company it words to you.

unipay latset news some good news আর আমাদের করণীয়
আজ দুপুর থেকে আমি হেড অফিসে ছিলাম আমি আর আমার আপলাইন কিছু খবর আমরা ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর কাছ থেকে পেলাম অনেকে আমাকে দালাল বলতে পারেন তবুও বলল কারণ এই পেজটার কাছে আমি ব্যক্তিগত ভাবে ঋণী কারণ অনেক খারাপ সময়ে এখানে এসে মনকে শান্ত করেছি।
কোম্পানী প্রোডাক্ট নিয়ে এসেছে আমি দেখে এসেছি অটোমেটিক কুকার আর সোলার সেল এর মধ্য কুকারটা অফিসে গেলেই দেখা যাবে।আর আজ থেকে ম্যানেজমেন্ট অফিসে বসছে আর তারা বলছে যেহেতু কোম্পানীর মার্কেটিংটা খু্ব বেশি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে যাতে আমরা আবার কাজ শুরু করতে পারি তার জন্য কোম্পানী দ্রুত পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছে আর যদি কোম্পানী আবার আগের মত কাজ শুরু করে তাহলে সব ঠিক হয়ে যাবে।
আর পেমেন্ট এর ব্যাপারে তারা বলছে এই মাসের মধ্য জব্দ হিসাবগুলো খুলে গেলে আগের মত পেমেন্ট পাওয়া যাবে কোন সমস্যা হবেনা।
তারা নতুন যে নীতিমালা আসছে তাতে নিবন্ধিত হয়ে আগের মত কাজ শুরু করবে।আর কোম্পানী তার আইনগত সমস্যা গুলো পুরাপুরি কাটিয়ে উঠছে যাতে আবার এধরনের সমস্যা না হয়।
এবার আমার কিছু কথা বলি আমি কোম্পানীর সাথে আছি প্রায় আট মাস আমি যখন প্রথম ইনভেস্ট করি তার কিছুদিন পর একবার হিসাব জব্দ হয়ে যায় আর তখন এই একই অবস্থা ছিল কিন্তু সেই অবস্থা কেটে গেছিল কি কারণে আমি বলব আমাদের গ্রাহকদের কারণে আমি নিজে তখন কি করছি যা আসছে আবার তা ইনভেস্ট করে দিছি আর এথন আমার টিমে যারা আছে তারা তাই করছে। আর আমি কি করছি যাদের প্রথম মাস আমার নিজের পকেট থেকে টাকা দিয়ে দিছি আমার টিমে এই প্রবলেমটা খুব প্রকট হয়নি কারণ আমরা সবাই সবাইকে সাহায্য করছি এতে কি হয়ছে যারা একদম নতুন ছিল তারা ভীত হয়নি কারণ এদের নিয়ে আমাকে আবার মাঠে নামতে হবে।
তবে যে যাই বলুন আমি মনে করি আমরা বিপদ থেকে উদ্ধার হব আর আমরা এবার আগের মত ব্যবসা করব। তবে এই ঘটনায় একটা কাজ খুব ভাল হয়েছে আমরা বুজে গেছি কোন বিপদে কে পাশে থাকবে আর কে থাকবেনা এটা আমাদের ভবিষ্যতে কাজ করতে সাহায্য করবে।

কোম্পানী প্রোডাক্ট নিয়ে এসেছে আমি দেখে এসেছি অটোমেটিক কুকার আর সোলার সেল এর মধ্য কুকারটা অফিসে গেলেই দেখা যাবে।আর আজ থেকে ম্যানেজমেন্ট অফিসে বসছে আর তারা বলছে যেহেতু কোম্পানীর মার্কেটিংটা খু্ব বেশি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে যাতে আমরা আবার কাজ শুরু করতে পারি তার জন্য কোম্পানী দ্রুত পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছে আর যদি কোম্পানী আবার আগের মত কাজ শুরু করে তাহলে সব ঠিক হয়ে যাবে।
আর পেমেন্ট এর ব্যাপারে তারা বলছে এই মাসের মধ্য জব্দ হিসাবগুলো খুলে গেলে আগের মত পেমেন্ট পাওয়া যাবে কোন সমস্যা হবেনা।
তারা নতুন যে নীতিমালা আসছে তাতে নিবন্ধিত হয়ে আগের মত কাজ শুরু করবে।আর কোম্পানী তার আইনগত সমস্যা গুলো পুরাপুরি কাটিয়ে উঠছে যাতে আবার এধরনের সমস্যা না হয়।
